Formerly The Library Gyms, The Clock’s concept is rooted in the idea of ‘turning back the clock’ to give people time - offering an educated, intelligent approach to exercise and work scientifically to transform your shape, as well as develop real fitness and a strong, healthy body. Only four people will ever be working out at once whilst being instructed by a personal trainer, and every workout is just 15 minutes long.

 

Founded in 2013 by Zana Morris & Karen Welman, The Library was the original boutique gym. From sofas alongside boxing bags, to swings by the reception, The Library was a unique & award winning space, renowned for results as well as its beauty. 

 

Combining all the beauty & benefits of The Library, with the emphasis of returning time to their clients, founders Zana & Karen introduced a new concept for their luxury private members clubs, called The Clock.

The luxury gym space evokes a sense of nostalgia and the innovative design of the Time Piece exercise equipment sets a new standard in the world of exercise. The Clock's Time Piece lives in each club and resembles the inner works of a clock. Forcing a continuous flow of movement that recruits muscle fibres in a way unachievable with conventional training equipment, the Time Piece unites art and science to drive long-lasting results.

 

The short burst high intensity trainings are combined with individually tailored, low glycemic nutrition plans designed to balance the body’s insulin levels.
