When you enter our spaces, you’ll see the Timepiece – a beautiful and bespoke machine built to facilitate our unique 15-minute training sessions. Inspired by the inner workings of a clock, it encourages a continuous flow of movement that recruits muscle fibres in a way that standard training equipment can’t do. It’s been precisely designed for short burst, high-intensity training sessions and to allow for the closest of supervised instruction by our expert trainers. Our intimate training floors only allow a maximum of four people working out at the same time. 

The 15-minute training sessions are combined with specialist nutrition plans, uniquely tailored to you and your lifestyle. These plans are designed to give your body exactly what it needs to build muscle, stabilise insulin levels, & increase energy, whilst burning fat.

While other gyms claim that their method works, we know ours works – we have the results to prove it.  In addition to weight loss and body reshaping, you’ll experience a multitude of physical benefits such as improved posture, higher bone density, and core strength.
